Syahmi's Salad

It's been a while....
Since last 2 months, Syahmi Ameen keep on asking for his favourite salad (panzanella).
Cannot stand looking at the expression on his face, so I just use whatever I have in the fridge (and he keep on mumbling, why there's no this and that.....hmmmm..anakkk..anakkk...) and I served with 'other friends'...

-mix salt with cooked rice while the rice still hot
1/2 onion- chopped
1 Chilli - I use jalapeno,....and it's soo hot until now my fingers still 'pijar'....and not forgetting, my left eye too still pedih....huhhuhu ...because I was accidentally touch my eye.
